Cinnabon and Carvel each carried deep brand love but needed to reignite relevance and reach. Insight revealed an appetite for indulgence with personality, nostalgic yet fresh, inspiring a new concept that could take Cinnabon beyond the mall and rebuild awareness for Carvel. The result was Cinnabon Swirl, a shared platform that united warm and cool, baked and whipped, into one playful dessert destination. Expressive design, menu innovation, and sensory restaurant environments turned the experience into a celebration of joy, comfort, and connection.
