An Interconnected Model

Our business model isn't one you run across every day. It's a highly disciplined but freethinking fusion of strategic and creative capabilities. We combine real-world expertise with wide-eyed possibilities to solve complex problems and build winning brands. It's our mission to stay one step ahead of our clients' greatest challenges to meet their ever-growing needs.

A Fresh Approach

Rick Sterling and Michael Rice wanted to create an agency hybrid that could offer everything from strategy to creativity before the word "integrated" even existed. Growing brands and businesses with disciplined yet unconventional thinking combined with an entrepreneurial tenacity and resourcefulness has always defined SRG and still does today.

A Different Purpose

SRG began as a bit of a social experiment. Rick and Michael believed the ultimate professional and life experience was to practice disruptive brand growth at the highest level while developing a greater sense of personal and social growth at the same time. From day one, SRG has been dedicated to an unwavering set of beliefs, and to this day, we measure ourselves by them.

Our Beliefs

creativity education excellence fun henoesty respect responsibility

The quality of our work is strongly governed by the imagination and innovation we apply to client problems. This is why we commit ourselves to creative thinking, and why we study the art and science of creativity to expand these skills.

There is a direct correlation between our professional expertise and our success as a company. As an organization committed to excellence, it is essential that we are at the forefront of knowledge and methodology that directly relates to our business.

Because clients will only return to SRG if they feel our work has been done in an excellent fashion, we always create work that exceeds a client’s objectives, provides creative solutions to their business problems, and leads to new business for the client.

We will always work hard. However, we also believe that humor and fun are paramount to leading a life that allows happiness outside of the workplace. We constantly host fun events and activities for our employees to make sure SRG remains a fun and exciting work environment.

We will do what we say and say what we mean. Because of this, no legal or ethical improprieties will be tolerated among SRG employees, suppliers, or clients. Ever.

We believe all good relationships are built upon respect. So naturally, we require all personal interaction among employees, suppliers, and clients to be of the highest order. Our employees respect and treat fairly all individuals and insist upon similar treatment for themselves.

Every employee has a responsibility to help make our company successful—financially, socially, and organizationally. Our employees are always looking for opportunities to improve the quality of our work and the condition of our work environment.

A Special Place

The secret is out. Boulder isn't just a city that you fly over between NY and LA. It's renowned as an entrepreneurial hotbed, a foodie's paradise, a cradle of creative thinking, a paragon of healthy living, and one of the most naturally beautiful and inspiring spots on Earth. Always at or near the top of the list of America's most educated, spiritually diverse, fittest, and foodiest cities, it's no wonder we love coming to work every day.
