Glanbia Ingredients Ireland is Ireland’s leading dairy company exporting products to more than 60 countries worldwide. Feeling the need to rise to growing customer sophistication and desire for traceable ingredients, Glanbia turned to SRG to help create consumer demand for its grass-fed dairy products in an effort to become the gold standard. Glanbia tasked us to create a new identity and website around the notion of “Truly Grass Fed.”

We talked to stakeholders, customers, and consumers and were able to determine and prioritize what is most important to them as they explore the myriad options available in the dairy space. It became clear that customers were concerned about quality, taste, animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and support for family farms, along with maintaining the uniqueness of the Irish dairy system that is at once innovative and grounded in hundreds of years of tradition.

Declaring “Dairy as Craft,” SRG channeled that Irish dairy heritage innovation through a new-to-the-world brand, mark, and web presence aimed at educating consumers and attracting new dairy brand partners, recognizing that the beauty of tradition is the power to evolve it.
