Responsibilities:
The Sr. Consultant responsibilities include overseeing the company’s innovation project work and deliverables. The Sr. Consultant serves as the strategic lead on brand positioning and new product innovation projects and coaches team members in their roles and responsibilities on projects. The Sr. Consultant also contributes to the leadership of the innovation practice, managing innovation employees and helping to develop and expand intellectual properties for the company. A successful Sr. Consultant will have superior client management skills and be able to think strategically and innovatively. Sr. Consultants will be skilled facilitators and must have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of innovation processes and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15 years of brand management or innovation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and creative talents a must
- SRG moves at a swift pace. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Required aptitudes include commitment to excellence, creative problem solving, initiative, ambition, curiosity and evidence of strong work ethic. An outgoing attitude will be helpful in the position.
