Our innovation and design group's capabilities include brand positioning, new product development, and brand experience work for world-class clients and products.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and facilitation of highly creative innovation sessions designed to generate new positioning and product ideas
- Development of creative concepts for consumer testing
- Planning qualitative research and gathering rich consumer insights in order to inspire brand positioning and innovation
- Preparation and presentation of strategic reports and recommendations
- Project management, including tracking project plans and budgets
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of strategic innovation/brand management or consulting experience with 5-6 years of marketing experience overall
- MBA optional
- Analog roles: Acct Planner in ad agencies; ABM; Consumer Insight Manager
- Demonstrated experience in running small strategic projects
- Experience in managing clients and strategic partners
- Ability to manage people and work on agency initiatives
- Designs marketing programs and strategies, does not just execute
- Demonstrated creative experience is practical and tangible (not only conceptual)
- Can leverage strategic understanding of CPG industry to navigate projects
- Up to 25% travel is required.
