We offer paid 6-to-12-month internships through our long-time partnership with the University of Colorado as well as other schools. Our interns receive real work experience and participate as active members of their teams.

We are currently looking for outstanding undergraduate (Junior or Senior) students for a part-time internship position within our brand innovation group. As a Brand Innovation intern, you will be a part of multiple project teams, assisting our marketing analysts with specific client objectives, helping to organize client events, preparing content and creative stimuli for client meetings and primary consumer research.


Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include good organization and communication skills, as well as initiative, plus a strong interest in pursuing a career in brand innovation, advertising or market research fields. Creativity, curiosity and analytical skills are also important. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background (please list GPA), internship or office work experience and demonstrable Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ideal candidates will also be able to work a minimum of 20 hrs/wk for the Fall/Spring Semester, and 30-40 hours for the Summer. This internship could extend into the Fall/Spring Semester for next year. The hourly rate for this position will be $11.00/hour.

Available Position: Senior Manager, Digital Insights

SRG is searching for a Senior Manager, Digital Insights, to work across our integrated organization to monitor and analyze digital initiatives for our clients. This position is primarily responsible for helping clients establish and measure the optimal ROI for digital initiatives using predictive modeling, data analytics, business intelligence and leading edge reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience across a combination of data analytics, multichannel marketing including online/social/mobile, statistical modeling, and performance measurement.


Responsibilities:

You will be responsible establishing performance baselines and analyzing data along the consumer journey and for interpreting this to affect positive change for the user and for the conversion performance; this will be across all digital channels and platforms. You will be responsible for interpreting data to reveal actionable insights across all facets of our client’s business. This will include usability, content, media, application performance, conversions, and engagement.

Experience:

  • Develop and effectively communicate best practices for analyzing online behaviors, configuring and implementing web analytics technologies, and interpreting data for a diverse and varying client base
  • Educate and coach clients and teams to actively identify opportunities for improvement according to business objectives
  • Make recommendations to improve web site effectiveness by analyzing click stream data to maximize sales, profitability and growth
  • Develop analytics packages that include acquisition, click stream, behavioral ,conversion, mobile, social, qualitative and/or offline data
  • Determine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization modeling requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of optimization efforts
  • Have a business mindset and an approach that recognizes that great analytics are only valuable if they lead to action

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Interactive Marketing, Database Marketing, and/or Online Marketing Strategy Consulting
  • Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies for optimizing and evaluating multi-channel marketing campaigns (i.e., segmentation, predictive response models, etc)
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools in real time
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing best practices
  • Strong expertise working on web analytics implementations and on-site analysis
  • Experience with online ad-serving platforms and formats highly valued (DoubleClick Dart, Atlas, OAS, rich media, video, etc.)

Available Position: Associate Strategy Consultant

We are currently looking for an associate consultant to work in our strategy group but also be able to carry projects through the research and innovation phases. Our ideal candidate will have 4-6 years experience in marketing and business strategy, with experience in brand strategy, innovation, and market and consumer research a plus. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills are crucial alongside intellectual curiosity, creativity and a general desire to learn. An associate consultant must enjoy problem solving, have a strong strategic thought process and be willing to be resourceful and smart about information gathering.

This candidate must be able to present relevant case studies from past clients for whom they have worked and must have a well-rounded understanding of strategy project processes and deliverables as well as technical execution. Ideally, candidates will be able to show knowledge of projects which have been rooted in strategy, research and innovation processes. Strong analytical skills are required, including a high degree of proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of SAS or SPSS desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics or associated field is desirable but relevant experience is more important. A Master’s Degree would be advantageous. Up to 25% travel is required.

Available Position: IT Internship

We are currently seeking an information technology intern to join our team. The position requires 35–40 hours a week in the summer and a minimum of 20 hours a week during the fall/spring semester, but scheduling is flexible. This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $11.00/hr. Ideal candidates will be working toward an IT-related bachelor’s degree or other degree to complement their career in IT.

The IT intern’s role is to ensure proper technology operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests, which includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment.
